Aletor Alex ADOGHE
Aletor is an entrepreneur with a strong focus on capacity development of African economies. He currently co-owns and runs ALEBS Holding and Spina Africa Industrial Solutions Ltd. Aletor has over 18 years of experience in Management Strategy and Business Development, having worked with multi-nationals across Europe and Africa in the Scientific Instrumentation Industry and Oil & Gas sectors. He is currently on the board of IGPES Group and provides consultancy and advisory services to several companies in Nigeria, Gambia and Ghana. He was Deputy Managing Director of Desicon Group from 2008 to 2013 and was a Director of SAIDEL Nigeria (a PM company co-owned by Saipem BV) between 2011 and 2013.
As an equity partner for UK based Spectroserv in 2006, Aletor was responsible for the development and execution of their growth. From 1997 to 2006, he worked as a Business Development Manager and Systems Engineer for Waters in Ireland and Micromass in the UK. Aletor holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and a BEng in Control Systems Engineering. Alex is married with 3 children and enjoys golf, automobile repair and history of modern wars.
